Andrew Marcus is an experienced corporate attorney who has worked at an AmLaw 50 law firm, startups, and Fortune 100 companies, gaining expertise in corporate, transactional, and regulatory law. He previously started his own business and has handled dozens of M&A transactions.
Dr. Sophie McCoy holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Brown University and a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Chicago. She has expertise in microbiological, molecular, and geochemical research and in research laboratory setup and management at public universities and private research laboratories.
